TAKING BACK YOUR TIME, September 26, 1:30pm-4:30pm
Sometimes it feels like there are simply not enough hours in the day. Time is our most valuable resource. In this session you’ll learn how to properly delegate and prioritize tasks. Participants will also develop tactics to change time wasting habits and engage in practices that help maximize the use of our time. Learn ways to manage interruptions, intrusions, and distractions, and to prioritize daily activities in a more efficient, productive manner.
MAKING THE MOST OF YOUR MEETINGS, October 10, 1:30pm-4:30pm
Time is precious and the ability to conduct productive meetings and engage in meaningful one-on-one conversations is essential. In this course, you will learn strategies to run meetings that are efficient and productive and lead one on one's with your direct reports that foster trust, communication, and growth and increase engagement.
COACHING FOR PERFORMANCE & GROWTH, October 24, 1:30pm-4:30pm
Coaching others is one of the most critical, yet underdeveloped skills among leaders. Learn the value of coaching, the difference between managing and coaching, and specific techniques that can lead to improved performance and stronger employee engagement.
THE ENGAGEMENT FACTOR, November 7, 1:30pm-4:30pm
Research shows that engaged employees have higher rates of productivity and job satisfaction, and lower rates of stress and burnout. Designed for managers and employees alike, this interactive course will provide insights on the various factors that impact engagement, and strategies to improve workplace morale, retention, and productivity.
NAVIGATING THE WATERS OF CHANGE, November 21, 1:30pm-4:30pm
Leading others through change requires strong communication skills and a clear vision of the future. To reduce resistance and increase receptiveness, leaders need to understand the human side of change. Learn various change management models and ways to guide others through the change process and create a culture of “change readiness” within the team.

You may register for In-Person or Zoom options. Please only register for one modality for each session. Zoom participants MUST have their camera and audio on during the training. Failure to do so could result in removal from the session without refund.
If we don't meet the minimum required in one modality to run, we will reach out to see if the participant wants to switch to the other or be cancelled from the session.
