  When faced with a problem, we sometimes tackle the issue head-on and seek to find a solution as quickly as possible. But how do we know if the problem we’re trying to solve is the real problem? How do we know what’s really going on so we can arrive at the correct possible solution? In this session, we’ll examine tactics to challenge our thinking about problems through the process of “reframing” or “unwinding” of problems so that you can solve them effectively.
