Excel for Office 365 Data Analysis with PivotTables (8:30am-12:30pm)

This course is for experienced Excel users with PivotTable experience.

Advances in technology have made it possible to store ever-increasing amounts of data. Along with this, the need to analyze data and gain actionable insight is greater than ever. You already have experience working with Microsoft® Excel® and creating basic PivotTables to summarize data. But Excel is capable of doing much more. Being able to harness the power of advanced PivotTable features and create PivotCharts will help you to gain a competitive edge. You will not only be able to summarize data for you to analyze, but also organize the data in a way that can be meaningfully presented to others. This leads to data-driven business decisions that have a better chance for success for everyone involved.

Learn to prepare data for PivotTable reporting and create PivotTables from various data sources, analyze data by using PivotTables and work with PivotCharts.

Microsoft Teams for Business Users (8:30am-4pm)

Master Microsoft Teams, the key communications tool in the Microsoft 365 suite. Microsoft Teams enables individuals and organizations to chat, share ideas, collaborate on files, and essentially work together.

In this session, learn to send messages to colleagues using Teams, call and meet with people in Teams, lead a meeting, configure your Teams environment, share files and app content and create and configure Teams.

POLICIES & DISCLOSURES

Cancellations:
Cancellations received 14 business days prior to class start date will not incur any charges. Registrants cancelling less than 14 business days prior to the class start date or failing to show for a class will be responsible for 100% of the class fee. All cancellations must be sent via email to [email protected] or 937.252.9787.
Substitutions: If a company has an employee registered for a class and that person cannot attend, the company may substitute another employee at any time prior to the class start date. Please contact [email protected] or 937.252.9787 with notification of student change as soon as possible.

Classes are subject to cancellation if minimum enrollments, which vary by class, are not met for each session. If your class is cancelled, we will do our best to provide you with adequate advance notice and you will receive a full refund.

Inclement Weather:
In case of inclement weather, Sinclair Workforce Development will follow Sinclair Community College instructions regarding a delay or closing for Open Enrollment sessions. Please check www.sinclair.edu or your news channel for closure and delays. This will be the most up to date information. If a delay is announced, please reference your class start time to determine if it is affected.

For example:
A 2-hour delay has been announced in the morning:
Example 1: If the class you are registered for is scheduled for 8am-5pm, then the class will be rescheduled for another day
Example 2: If the class you are registered for is scheduled for 1pm-5pm, it will still run that day at the scheduled time.

In the event of a class cancellation, we will do our best to reschedule the class as soon as possible and notify you accordingly. Should the rescheduled date and time not work for you we will process a full refund.
