Summary:
Sinclair National UAS Training and Certification Center is pleased to offer this introductory Unmanned Aerial System (UAS) simulation and indoor flight lab through its National UAS Training & Certification Center.
Participants will begin with an hour of instruction using a RealFlight 7.5 flight simulator followed by an hour of live UAS flights in the UAS Indoor Flying Pavilion. Sinclair will provide the UAS used during the indoor flight session or may allow participants to operate their own vertical-takeoff-and-landing (VTOL) aircraft with staff approval.
What participants will come away with:
Participants will develop a basic knowledge of UAS flight operations and safety procedures. Sessions give the opportunity to try basic, hands-on quadcopter flight operations in a safe simulated and environmentally controlled live flight environment.
This course is an open enrollment course and is available to all who meet the participation criteria. This workshop is provided by the Sinclair National UAS Training and Certification Center. No academic credits will be issued.

Please note morning/afternoon sessions may be scheduled Monday through Friday. Evening sessions are only available Monday through Thursday.
