The purpose of this course is to introduce you to the DMLS process and how it is used in additive manufacturing technology. As you progress through the modules in this course you will learn about the materials used for DMLS 3D printing and their specific applications such as building UAVs or medical devices. This will include a look at the EOS M 100 DMLS type printer that Sinclair has operating in their Additive Manufacturing lab. You will have the opportunity to create your own 3D object and print it in the lab with instructor guidance during the Lab/Prototyping Course.
