Fee: $450.00 (Includes all supplies, refreshments, lunch, and parking.) Please bring your own safety glasses, toothbrush, and toothpaste. SCRUBS ARE REQUIRED.
Capacity is limited to 24 participants on a first come, first serve basis with proof of eligibility* and payment received.
Schedule for Coronal Polishing Seminar
Check-in: 8:00 a.m.
Lecture: 8:30 a.m. - 11:30 a.m.
Lunch: 11:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.
Lab: 12:30 p.m. - 4:30 p.m.
Standardized Exam: 4:30 p.m.- 5:30 p.m.
*Eligibility for the Certification of Coronal Polishing Course at Sinclair Community College requires the following items to be submitted electronically during the registration process via fax or email. . (Your pre-registration process is not complete until your eligibility has been met by the receipt of the documents below. If these are not received right after you register, your spot may be lost due to the first come, first serve basis).
- A copy of your CURRENT Certified Dental Assisting Certification (Ohio CDA, RDA, or DANB) showing expiration date
- A copy of your CURRENT CPR certification
- Completion of Sinclair’s Medical History Form. This form will be sent to you with your email confirmation after you have pre-registered, paid, and all documentation has been received by this office.
