Free Educational Program for Small Business Owners

Since 2020, Sinclair College has offered the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses program. This 14-week "boot camp" is offered exclusively to small business owners with the goal of helping them grow and expand.

We help entrepreneurs create jobs and economic opportunity by providing access to education, capital and support services. The best-in-class curriculum covers all the fundamentals for growing a business, and is delivered in partnership with community colleges like Sinclair.

Since launching the program here in Dayton, Sinclair has graduated 75 small business owners from the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses program. The graduates represent over $105 million in revenue and more than 1,500 employees work for them. The graduates are composed of 57% women, 43% men, and 46% people of color.
